General Information
The participants will be invited to pre-register online or register at the venue.
The official currency in India is the Rupee, respresented by INR(₹). Currencies can be exchanged at money exchanges at airport or in the city.
Delegates are requested to make their own hotel accomodation arrangements. A list of hotels is provided for information.
Accomodation, meals in restaurants and purchased merchandise can be paid in cash or by major credit cards and debit cards.
Participants are advised to contact the consular authorities of India well in advance for processing the visa applications.
Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi is 47.2 km (78 minutes) from the venue. Metro trains and taxis are available for commuting.
Delhi is located in the northern part of India and is situated between the Himalayan and the Aravalli range. The climate of Delhi is characterized by high variation in temperature between summer and winter. The temperature varies from 46 °C (115 °F) in summers to around 2°C (35.6 °F) in winters. The average annual rainfall is about 714 millimetres, most of which occurs during July and August. In September, the average temperature remains at around 35°C (95 °F) with occasional precipitations.

Participants to the Summit should ask for a conference visa. Those attending both the IDF business meetings and IDF WDS 2022 should ask for a business visa.
