Indian National Committee of the International Dairy Federation

India is represented in International Dairy Federation (IDF) by the Indian National Committee (INC). The INC IDF has 17 members representing Government, National Institutions, Academia and Industry. The Secretary (AHD), DAHD, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Government of India is the President of the INC IDF and the Executive Director, National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) is its Member Secretary. NDDB, as its Secretariat, coordinates the activities of the INC IDF. The INC has nominated Indian experts on the relevant Standing Committees (SCs) and Task Forces (TFs). These experts are involved in the scientific and technical works of the IDF. At present, India is also represented in the Board of IDF.
