Terms & Conditions

Summit Registration 

  • Participants can register themselves as Delegate, Farmer or Student.
  • The payment must be made in INR currency only and the related transaction/bank/conversion charges shall be borne by the participant.
  • The applicable registration charges for the respective category (Early Bird/Regular/Late) are based on the date of credit of payment in the Summit account. System/Portal will consider whether it’s an Early Bird Registration or Regular Registration or Late Registration based on the date of the credit. 
  • In case of early registration, if a delegate does it on last day and fails to make  the payment in the stipulated time period, his/her registration shall be cancelled in that particular category and charges of the next category shall be applicable (for example from Early Bird to Regular or from Regular to Late, as the case may be). 
  • Confirmation of online registration is subject to payment reconciliation within a week’s time.
  • Online registration facility is available till 5 September 2022. 
  • The online add-on facility will be available till 5 September 2022. 
  • The cut-off date for any modification, addition, deletion in the registration is 5 September 2022.
  • Conversion from in-person to virtual participation and vice-versa is possible till 31 August 2022. In case of such changes, the applicable fees during the period (Early Bird/Regular/Late) shall be charged. Applicable bank/transaction charges for refund or additional payment shall be borne by the participant. 
  • All the access privileges for add-on facilities will be linked to the delegate ID. 
  • Student ID Card / Bonafide Certificate is must for student registration. 
  • It is mandatory to mention Transaction ID while making payment to ensure that your payment is traceable to your registration.
  • The facility of “Accompanying Person” is not applicable in case of registration as Farmer/Student. 
  • On-the-spot/walk-in registrations are subject to prior intimation to the organizers on wdsregistrations@idfwds2022.com . Payment facility through online means will be available at the Registration Desk for on-the-spot registrations. Cash will be accepted only in Indian Rupees and with a prior request. 
  • Limited facilities for exchanging USD and Euros will be available at the venue. It will not be possible to exchange other currencies at the venue.
  • Farmer/student opting for on-the-spot registration need to carry requisite certifications/recommendations, else they shall not be registered. 
  • Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.
  • In case of incorrect claims by participants, the fees paid shall be refunded after deduction of applicable transaction/bank changes and as per the cancellation policy.
  • In the scenario of summit being converted to a complete virtual/online format, the event will be called IDF Global Dairy Conference. In such a scenario, part of the existing registration deposit equivalent to registration fee of the virtual participation shall be auto-adjusted towards the virtual participation, while the balance deposit amount shall be refunded to delegates after deduction of applicable transaction/bank charges.Complete cancellation and full refund shall not be admissible in such case.
  • In the scenario of the summit being converted to a complete in-person participation format, the registered participants for virtual participation will be given an option to convert their registration to in-person participation by paying difference in fees or to cancel the registration. If cancelled, full refund shall be admissible. Applicable transaction/bank shall be borne by the Registrant.
  • In the scenario of the summit being cancelled, full amount will be refunded after deduction of applicable transaction/bank.
  • All legal disputes shall be subject to Delhi-NCR, India jurisdiction only.

 

Important Guidelines/Information

  • Registration is mandatory for all the delegates including children of all ages.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • Participants must share delegate ID at the Registration/Welcome Desk. 
  • Please wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area to avoid undue hassles.
  • Please mention your delegate ID in all future correspondence. 
  • All remittance/bank charges/online transaction fees are to be borne by the delegate.
  • Summit Kit will be handed over only to the registered delegate.
  • Entry of the accompanying person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue.
  • Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Post-Summit,the participants will receive presentations (pdf format) and/or recordings relevant for the duration of their registration, upon completing an online survey. A link will be sent to the participants for this. No Summit Kit or any other workshop material will be disbursed or sent to the participants after the event.
